Two employees at the Bern site are celebrating many years with Timbatec. Nadja Zahnd has been with the company for 10 years and site manager Lukas Rüegsegger for an incredible 20 years. Congratulations and a big thank you for their many years of loyalty to the company. The Timbatec teams would like to thank you both for your cooperation.
Nadja Zahnd | Finance and accounting specialist
Until recently, Nadja managed the entire HR department and a wide range of specialist tasks within Central Services. Following her basic training as a commercial employee, she completed further training as a generalist in the field of HR and is currently training to become a finance and accounting specialist FA at the BKS in Bern.
Nadja inspires with her open-minded, constantly friendly nature, as a supporter she always has an open ear for questions and inspires with her always correct way of working.

From trainee to Managing Director and member of the Timbatec Executive Board - that's Lukas Rüegsegger. For a legendary 20 years, he has been a mainstay of Timbatec's corporate development, throughout Switzerland and especially at the Bern site. His wide-ranging specialist and technical tasks range from the acquisition and project management of timber construction projects,
to consulting and expert reports - in particular as a VKF fire protection specialist and Lignum fire protection specialist in timber construction - to strategic management tasks in corporate development. An exemplary all-rounder and role model all along the line - and always factually, calmly and with exemplary competence.
