In Grossaffoltern in the Bernese Seeland, four apartment buildings were built with the new TS3 technology. The construction site tour on 21.02.2019 with 70 people was a great success. In addition to architects and engineers, investors and potential builders met at the aperitif. The Bieler Tagblatt reports.
A stone's throw from Lyss, on the edge of the village of Grossaffoltern, is the new residential development by Spreng und Partner Architekten. 70 visitors accepted the invitation from Timber Structures 3.0 AG and Stuber Holzbau to view the four apartment buildings.
Two-story cubes with pre-greyed wooden facades, floor-to-ceiling windows and attic floors - that is good, solid standard in residential construction, there is no innovation to be seen here. And yet there is a great deal of interest: Timber Structures 3.0 technology has been applied here on a large scale for the first time in the region.
The Bieler Tagblatt reports on the event on 23.02.2019. The full text can be found in media releases on the website of Timber Structures 3.0 AG.
